General booking information

• Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00 (other times on request)
• Check-out: until 10:00 (other times on request)
• Deposit: € 200,- in cash on site
• Payment: Priority cash or bank transfer; credit card (possible for a fee of 2%)
• Prices including all taxes and duties but excluding local tax and final cleaning € 130,-
• The local tax (€ 2.05/person/night; from 01.05.2025 €2.55/person/night) is to be paid in cash on-site
• From 01.05.2025, public transport within the federal state of Salzburg can be used free of charge with the Guest Mobility Ticket
• Zell am See-Kaprun Sommercard included from May – October
• Cancellation: can be canceled free of charge 14 days before arrival, thereafter 50% total price
• Weekly rate and non-refundable approx. 5-10%
• Special conditions on request
• We ask for your understanding that in the event of a later cancellation, no-show or early departure, we will charge according to the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry).
